  • Campaign Management: Oversee ongoing campaigns, optimizing for performance based on key KPIs.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Adept at making data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and scheduling software (Hootsuite, Later, etc.) is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
  • No degree required, but a background in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
