Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the overall business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations to drive team success.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, traditional). Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and engaging content.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Utilize analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key industry partners. Oversee the creation of press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Monitor and report on return on investment for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to understand market needs and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals. Provide marketing support for product launches and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Marketing Director.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
