Operating in the competitive healthcare staffing industry without a budget for paid campaigns or a dedicated marketing team, HSI’s initial self-managed branding and marketing efforts fell short of reaching its desired audience. 

ARMI’s engagement started with a thorough overhaul of HSI’s brand image—from the logo to the messaging—to solidify its market position and ensure the brand appeals to both clinicians (B2C) and clients (B2B).
