Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for leading and overseeing the whole marketing team
  • Oversee and manage all social channels
  • Build on employer brand and business brand of company and clients
  • Hiring and training new members of the marketing team
  • In charge of marketing channels and strategy
  • Manage and optimize the KPIs of the marketing team
  • Brainstorm and come up with marketing ideas to build the success of the company
  • Must be able to build and maintain brands from concept to launch
  • Running Daily Huddles & driving all marketing strategies
  • Evaluating, creating & developing marketing channel strategies: Social Media (FB, LinkedIn, IG, Tiktok), SEO/SEM, Paid Advertising, Email Marketing, Virtual Events, & Digital PR
  • Optimizing all marketing channels for maximum conversion
  • Managing all marketing vendors, Hubspot, Spiraltyics, and other advertising companies
  • Manage & Develop all members of the marketing team
  • Weekly Brand Meetings & 1on1 sessions with team members
  • Monitoring, creating, and measuring KPIs of Team Members
  • Discipline & Performance Management
  • Interviewing, Assessing & Hiring new marketing team members
  • Liaising with all relevant business leaders to implement new marketing strategies
  • Ideating, creating & building company decks/ business presentations
  • Creating, and building internal marketing material
  • Executive Communications
  • Strategizing & creating emAil sequences

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing and leading a team
  • Has a keen eye for design
  • Work Portfolio preferred
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Need to have really strong b2b business-to-business marketing experience
  • Has copywriting experience
  • Needs to have been a producer of content as well
  • Has a high understanding of influencer marketing, social media marketing, pay-per-click, and search engine marketing
  • Must have built, created, developed, and designed work sets themselves
  • Must have a strong understanding of public relations - experience in coming up with press releases and getting published
  • Strong strategy experience and Public Relations
    They must have brand-building and execution experience
    Must have experience building a brand from scratch until success
    Must have experience working in a marketing team with at least a dozen marketers
    Need to have strong people management experience
